Job Purpose:
The Consultant / Consulting Senior will work as part of an engagement team on a variety of client engagements covering strategy, performance improvement and complex change to support them to understand the problem, consider options and reach a conclusion as well as to work alongside our clients as part of a cross-functional team within their businesses to successfully deliver the engagement.
This is an exciting client-facing role which incorporates market research, business analysis, process improvement and project management and would suit someone with Financial Services industry knowledge, understanding of current trends & developments, strong commercial acumen and a keen interest in what makes businesses successful.
You will also be expected to take an active role in how we develop the Practice (e.g. account management, developing thought leadership, internal projects) and to take responsibility for the direction of your continuing professional development.
