The Restructuring Manager/Senior Manager will support the Restructuring Team in delivering restructuring services through formal insolvency processes and advisory engagements. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and efficient, accurate progression of client matters.
Primary responsibilities:
The successful candidate's primary responsibilities will be assisting appointed insolvency practitioners and their team to progress a portfolio of cases that includes liquidations (solvent and insolvent), Administrations, Judicial Factories and personal insolvencies to efficiently manage that portfolio and contribute to the identification and conversion of new opportunities.

The role will involve using your extensive breadth and depth of technical Restructuring expertise and people management skills to effectively and profitably manage all aspects of a varied case portfolio and team, with limited partner or director involvement. Duties will include:
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will have significant insolvency and restructuring experience covering all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency and restructuring work. At a minimum you will have passed the Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency examination and may have passed the Joint Insolvency Examination Board exams but if not, would intend to take and pass the Joint Insolvency Examination Board exams in the future.
Candidates should be prepared to work towards gaining proficiency in the use of our firm's software systems and processes. You will have strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
You will have good knowledge of MS Office Packages, including being experienced in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You should also have experience of working in an office based role and enjoy working within a team.
Candidates must be flexible in their approach and able to attend client sites as and when required. A full UK driving licence must be held.
