Purpose of the role and key responsibilities
To work closely with the Audit Executive and Technical team, to provide professional quality personal and administrative assistance, to enhance the effectiveness of the operation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
The successful candidate will be experienced in MS packages, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and be comfortable delivering in an increasingly digital world. They will have strong organisational and time management skills, and have experience of meeting organisation, diary management and minute taking.
The successful candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills and be professional in their approach, self-motivated and pro-active.
Previous experience within a financial or professional services environment would be advantageous alongside report writing and presentation skills, and they will ideally be able to travel to other offices as required.
