To work closely with the Executive Team and the wider function, to provide professional quality personal and administrative assistance, and management information support, to enhance the effectiveness of the operation and executives.

The successful candidate will be experienced in MS packages, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. They will have strong organisational and time management skills, and have extensive experience of meeting organisation, diary management, proof reading and minute taking.
The successful candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, they must be professional in their approach and appearance, and they will be self-motivated, resourceful and tenacious.
Previous experience within a financial or professional services environment would be advantageous alongside report writing and presentation skills, and they will ideally be able to travel to other offices as required.
