We are now recruiting for staff in our Business Advisory, Audit and Tax Teams in various locations throughout Scotland, including Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Elgin, Glasgow and Inverness.
What do our teams do?
Business Advisory
As part of our Business Advisory team, you will support our Partners and internal teams by acting as link between them and our clients. You will support our Business Advisory Team to ensure our clients are provided with a tailored service that best suits their needs. Some of the duties you may have as part of the team include preparing accounts, preparing tax returns and working with clients to prepare their books.
Working with your team, you will develop all the core skills needed for a successful career in the accountancy profession.
Audit
As part of our growing audit team, you will be at the heart of what we do, working as part of a team to build your knowledge across a range of sectors and working with our clients to have an in-depth understanding of their business. Audit is much more than a box ticking exercise, it’s about applying your analytical and critical thinking skills to ensure users of the financial statements have confidence in the work we have performed.

Tax
As part our tax team you will provide support and assistance to the team in the delivery of tax compliance and advisory services. You will join a team of specialists with the expertise to deliver the right support to all clients. Some of the duties you may have as part of the team include preparing tax returns, liaising with clients and supporting senior staff on tax advisory projects.

Person Specification
Candidates should have or be aiming for 135 UCAS points (or equivalent). While Higher Accounts is beneficial, it is not requirement. You will have a desire to learn as training and support will be provided to help you develop in your career and attain a professional qualification. You should also be able to demonstrate team working, communication skills, good time management and problem-solving skills.
